  • Client Communication & Support:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
    • Ensure that clients are kept informed about progress, updates, and timelines related to their real estate transactions.
    • Provide regular follow-ups to keep clients engaged and satisfied with the process.
  • Scheduling & Appointments:
    • Coordinate appointments for property viewings, inspections, meetings, and closings.
    • Manage the calendar of real estate agents and schedule showings or other necessary appointments.
  • Documentation & Data Entry:
    • Handle and organize paperwork such as contracts, agreements, disclosures, and other documentation related to buying or selling properties.
    • Maintain client files and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Transaction Management:
    • Assist in coordinating the various stages of a real estate transaction, from initial offer to closing.
    • Track deadlines, contingencies, and important milestones in the transaction process.
    • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and that all parties involved are aligned.
  • Marketing & Listing Support:
    • Assist in creating marketing materials for listings, including flyers, online listings, and social media posts.
    • Help with property staging and photography coordination.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the real estate process and find solutions to keep things on track.
    • Handle minor complaints or issues, escalating them to the agent or management if necessary.
  • Client Follow-Up:
    • After a sale or purchase, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-transaction needs.
    • Gather feedback to improve client services and strengthen relationships for future business.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to real estate agents, brokers, or office teams.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining office systems and records.
